One property.
Several ways forward.
Explore solar power, EV charging and lighting through the lens of your building and the way it is used. We help shape the questions before the project becomes a commitment.

Make charging part of the property.
A charging station needs to fit the vehicle, the parking space and the building around it. A home driveway, shared parking area and commercial location can lead to very different project requirements.
Start by describing who will use the charger, where the vehicle normally parks and when charging is most useful. Existing electrical equipment, the cable route and the intended charger location are information to discuss with the qualified project team.
A useful early enquiry includes the property location, vehicle or charger details if known, parking arrangements and your preferred timing. You do not need to have every technical answer before the conversation starts.
Charger selection and final installation requirements depend on the assessed site and electrical scope.

Look at generation in the context of the whole home.
A solar-panel project begins with the property’s characteristics and the owner’s goals. Roof or ground space, shading, the condition of the proposed installation area and patterns of electricity use all belong in the initial discussion.
For a homeowner focused on affordability, upfront cost is only one part of the picture. The eventual proposal needs to be understood alongside ongoing use, maintenance and the assumptions behind any estimate. TerraWatt does not promise the same financial outcome for every property.
If you have electricity-use information, a general site description or questions about where panels could go, bring them to the conversation. We can establish what additional assessment or specialist input is needed before a project can move forward.
Any generation or savings estimate must be specific to the assessed project; it is not a guarantee.

Make the space work better, every day.
Lighting projects are about how a space is used as much as the fittings themselves. A workshop, entrance, parking area and living space have different needs for visibility, placement and control.
Tell us where the current lighting falls short: an awkward layout, areas that are difficult to use, ageing fixtures or a planned change in how the building is occupied. A clear description helps focus the scope before equipment is selected.
The project discussion can consider intended operating hours, indoor or outdoor conditions, access for maintenance and the existing setup. The next step is to clarify the requirements and the qualified work needed for the proposed change.
Lighting choices and project scope are confirmed around the actual space and installation conditions.

- Describe the need
Share the location, the type of property, the improvement you want and your preferred timeframe.
- Clarify the existing conditions
We identify the information needed to understand the project and whether a site assessment or specialist input is necessary.
- Define the work
Equipment requirements, responsibilities and exclusions must be understood before a firm commitment is made.
- Agree on the next step
Discuss the confirmed scope, timing and any quotation or assessment arrangements.
Before you get started.
Will a renewable-energy project automatically lower my bill?
There is no single outcome for every property. Costs and potential value depend on the equipment, site, electricity pricing and how the system is used. Any financial estimate needs project-specific assumptions.
Do I need to know exactly what equipment I want?
No. Start with the problem you want to solve, the property location and any equipment you already have in mind. Technical selection follows a clearer understanding of the site.
Does Craig’s pipefitting background mean he is the electrician?
Craig is a pipefitter by trade. Electrical work must be carried out by appropriately qualified and authorized people; his founder story is not a claim of electrician certification.
Can I discuss an improvement to a rental property?
Yes. Tell us who controls the property, how it is occupied and who will use the proposed system. Access, permissions and responsibility for ongoing use need to be clarified.
